10.0Die Wohnung war ungewöhnlich sauber und hat unserer Erwartungenbei weitem übertroffen. Sie ist sehr großzügig und gemütlich eingerichtet. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Die Eigentümer haben uns liebevoll empfangen und standen uns mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit.
− Zum auschecken wurde die Verwaltung per Nachrichtensystem von booking und per WhatsApp kontaktiert um bzgl. der Kurtaxe zu erfragen, ob diese auch für das Kind bezahlt werden muss. Die Frage blieb bis heute unbeantwortet! Bei dem Online Check-in werden Daten benötigt welche ich normalerweise nur für Konteneröffnungen usw. preis geben würde...

10.0Квартира действительно очень большая и комфортная. Всё необходимое есть для проживания как дома, очень чисто и уютно. Балкон потрясающий с прекрасными видами на горы! Хозяин всегда на связи , реагирует очень быстро. Моим туристам очень понравилось, спасибо большое 😍
− Кровать в одной из спален односпальная всё-таки, которая французская. Немного шумно с дороги но виды все компенсируют и это понятно было , мы об этом знали...

9.0Pro: Pulizia eccellente, cucina super moderna funzionale e fornitissima, balcone ampio e soleggiato, cuscini e materassi di varie densità volti a soddisfare le diverse esigenze degli ospiti, bagno con vasca e doccia e doppio lavello lui e lei, lavatrice, cassaforte e parcheggio interno privato. Inoltre un valore aggiunto a tutto ciò sono i proprietari la signora Laura e il signor Mario...due persone super gentili e disponibili. Contro: la gestione delle prenotazioni e del supporto clienti da parte del sig Pedro dell'agenzia Welcomely che fa da supporto ai proprietari... totalmente assente solo comunicazioni automatiche assolutamente non esaurienti! Riassunto: La struttura è meravigliosa, vicino a montagne, lago di Como e città di Lecco, i proprietari sono persone splendide e i servizi sono top! Consigliatissima

8.0Het is een ruim appartement, goed uitgerust, zeer schoon. Aardige eigenaren. De omgeving en het uitzicht is prachtig.

9.0Apartments are really lovely and have loads of space. You will find everything what you will need in it.
− Had a small issue with a check-in, but it was sorted out by the owner. ( online check-in system has some problems, didn't uploaded our documents)
