The apartment is really cozy and charming, as well as clean and perfectly located. Arianna is a great host. There was an issue with the A/C, but she resolved it instantly. We also really appreciated that we could store our luggage for longer on our check-out day

Lokalizacja super, do najważniejszych zabytków da się dojść spacerem w pół godziny lub mniej. Gospodarz bardzo miły i pomocny. Okolica spokojna i cicha. 10 minut piechotą od apartamentu liczne restauracje.

El apartamento está en el Trastevere pero en una calle muy tranquila. Está muy bien equipado con todo lo necesario. La anfitriona muy atenta.

Very poor. Unbearable heat as AC does not work. Not suitable for summer stay.

Located well. Short distance from the busy area.

− AC does not work so property is not suitable for summer stay. Its located in the attic, so its extremely hot inside. Its advertised having AC, but it does not work. Host has a mini fan inside, but circulating hot air inside does little. A basic feature of a stay is being able to sleep at night. We were unable to sleep in a room that was 28-30c indoors and a noisy AC blowing hot air and a fan circulating it. Place is likely great in the winter when you need the heat. Because its in the attic and roof is sloped, if you are 1.75cm or taller, you cannot stand and use the toilet or the shower without hvaing to lean your head to the side. Unless this property is priced at a big discount, you would be better picking a different spot. All other properties we rented in Italy over a 2 week period were much better

Excellent apartment and exceptional host

Apartment is in a quite location inspite being close to Trastevere, Quite secure at night. Had a gas cooking range, fridge, basic utensils, washing machine. Good Wifi, hot water in shower. Bedroom and mattresses were comfortable. AC was working fine. Very close to Trastevere dining places. The host, Arianna was very accomodating of our requests for leaving luggage after checkout. She was very responsive before and during accommodation for any queries.

− Nothing negative to say, but if iam being picky i would say there are a resonable amount of stairs to reach the apt and to the living room and bedroom. So not ideal for elderly or with heavy luggage as there are no elevators. Its a bit of a walk to all nearby shops and the historical centre.. not too much but some thing to consider if you are not too keen on walking.. It wasnt an issue for my family as we took the cab most of the time , but just thought of mentioning.
