− Bed sheets stained and smelled including towels provided, due to hot weather 2 windows weren't safe to leave open,no washing liquid,entrance door was hard to lock,backgarden of property was a mess and the rubbish bins stank.
The worst place we have ever stayed in. Outside there was piles of rubbish that one had to step over
1.0− Cutlery not complete, no toilet paper, bed not full size, room too small, no sink plug, aggressive responsive to temporarily parking to unload, prior to walking over piles of rubbish to the door.

− Basic hygiene standards were not met. Pubic hair in and around bathroom. Food or bodily fluids smeared on walls. Could hear people roaming corridors which led us to feel unsafe/ intimidated due to lack of ability to secure front door. We ended up putting a table under handle to feel more safe. This left us feeling completely uncomfortable, giving us no choice but to move to a hotel the next day.
