Didn’t enjoy accommodation at all but thought complex was lovely

The complex was nice and in great location with helpful security staff Silvana who met us was nice and tried to be helpful but everything had to be done through translation app so made any challenge more difficult .

− Room was extremely dated and we were gutted , starting with no door knob on entrance , beds were rock hard to the point we borrowed sun bed cushions , curtains didn’t meet , there was no internet for 6 days, no tv , cost was approx 175 euros more than advertised due to local taxes, on discussion re other rentals the price was the price no extras , there were insects all over the apartment when we got there , the view directly from room was building debris and shipping container , to left was beach view , the room is on thorough fare . We just slept and showered in apartment we spent as little time as possible in it .

Would not return to this particular apartment, but would return to the complex.

Excellent location in Santa Maria, with side seaview of beach. The terrace was lovely. Air Con very effective.

− The whole apartment needed completely updated and the net curtains were stained with odd dead mossie stuck on. Both single beds were hard and sized for a young child, 2 ft 6" wide only (not adult), so difficult to turn over through the night. The toilet had water on the floor several times throughout the week, where we had no idea what caused this. The actual toilet pan smelled disgusting. The shower ran cool after l minute. There was no kettle, toaster, so had to eat out for breakfast daily. No fresh towels were given throughout the week, only the ones we got at start. We had to wash our own floors with a filthy mop. TV and terrace light did not work! I realise it's self catering, but this is by far the worst self catering apartment I have been in, and I am an avid traveller.
