− Not the property itself but the location outside. If you walk to the highway, garbage are piling up and smells bad

10.0Very clean unit ,utensils, plates ,Microwave, refrigerator, air con, don't forget to turn on breaker for hot water for shower.
− Security guard thought he could make up his own rules for unit. Owner of unit is extremely pleasant and a joy to work with.
