Quiet neighbourhood, excellent facilities, but very uncomfortable bed, too many plants, no privacy

The flat was set in a quiet residential complex. I was thrilled to find it had a washing machine and a dishwasher. Also, it was within walking distance to the nearest underground station.

− The bed and pillows were extrememly uncomfortable; I had neck and back pain for the entire stay. Also, the flat was crammed full of plants (hanging or in pots), little figurines, and antiques. I appreciate it's a matter of personal taste, but I felt like I had to be extra careful not to knock anything over. Furthermore, the only window with blinds was that of the bedroom. I would have preferred there be blinds/curtains in the living room as well because I like some more privacy. Finally, loads of tiny little insects were stuck to the pot plants.
