10.0Complete utensils. No noisy outside. The space is enough and feels comfortable. Wifi provided and has strong connectivity.
− No grocery store (walking distance) near the place (as far as I checked the surroundings). Maybe the host could offer the guest grocery delivery with a fee so by the time reach the place, there’s food/water/consumables.
Disappointing. Spoiled by hassles with vistors, pool access etc.
3.0Nothing was standout because it was so frustrating.
− The property is very small with a useless shower (how you can stand in this shower and wash is beyond me) water was discoloured and had to be run for some time. The biggest issue was Admin. Short term residents (less than a month) No visitors.. You rent a property to be able to have visitors family or friends.. even if as a meeting point before going somewhere. And that lovely swimming pool? same, transients their nice name for short term lets are not allowed in the pool. The owner of the property is in Italy so you are waiting days for an answer. There is a housekeeper on site however the owner limits the amount she can do so her hands are tied. The owner assumes an awful lot and thus provides little information. The stay was a frustrating experience waiting for answers that should have been provided before arriving.
Stay was very convenient, host was very prompt in replying to queries and check in was very seamless

9.0I like the place not noisy and safe. It's nice to swim on the pool. It's clean and no problem of taxi. There are standby taxi outside the entrance. Seems your on vacation.
− It's my first time on that place, you need to bring excess food on your trip, since no immediate store you can buy. Any stuff you forget to bring. You need a grab or any transportation to reach the mall.
