− Die Rezeption war häufig nicht besetzt, so auch am Anreisetag, der Weg am Parkplatz war eine Schlagloch-Piste, das Wasser im Schwimmbad war sehr kalt, defekte Folientastatur am Schlüssel-Tresor bei der Anreise, keine Infos von der Rezeption über Unterbrechung der Wasserversorgung, keine Info an der Rezeption wann diese geöffnet hat, keine Info darüber, dass sich die Leistungen der Kurkarten geändert haben. Im Appartement fehlte ein Haltegriff an der Badewannenwand, fehlte eine Anti-Rutschmatte in der Wanne beim Duschen, bei den Pfannen war die Antihaftbeschichtung defekt - ein Jammern auf hohem Niveau - wir haben wieder 4 Wochen im nächsten Jahr gebucht.
