2.0Location, everything is accessible, grocery stores, tram station, restaurants, mcdonalds, also close to the highway for a quick entry & exit if you travel by car.
− Everything inside the apartment 1. Furniture: Very very basic, for the price charged its really low quality. 2. Furnishings: Low quality, the pillows are very uncomfortable, poor quality of bedsheets 3. Equipment: Refrigerator was damaged when we entered the apartment and it smelled aweful. The owner has ordered a new refrigerator, however for us it wasnt available and a lot.of food got damaged. No dishwasher to clean dishes, TV is located at a place where you cant watch it. The apartment just had 1 roll of toilet paper & 1 small garbage bag for our stay of 5 days, which is not adequate Cleanliness: Dishes were dirty at the start of our rental. We had to clean all the dishes before use Entry of the apartment is not very clean, the door is located behind the staff door of a restaurant, which has mull and it isnt great. The owner or property management company need to invest into the apartment and make it more livable for guests coming in.

10.0Eine Bäckerei und einige Supermärkte befinden sich direkt nebenan. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet. Wir hatten genug Platz. Ein Parkplatz direkt vor der Türe.

10.0Gute Beschreibung der Wohnung. Die Schlüsselübergabe war sehr einfach und gut beschrieben. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das wlan hat gut funktioniert. Die Lage ist sehr gut, Man ist schnell in Köln und auf der Autobahn. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

10.0Einfacher Check in, sogar mit Fotos beschrieben. Die Lage ist gut, die Bahn nach Köln fährt direkt vor der Türe los. Und es gibt einen Parkplatz den man kostenlos nutzen kann. Eine sehr schöne Wohnung.
