Boa. Apenas com estes problemas de entrega da chave, troca de AP e cobertor com odor fétido.
8.0O pessoal da recepção não encontravam o apartamento disponível. Tive esperar com as crianças após uma longa viagem, a liberação de outro apartamento, já o que AP locado estava ocupado. Os atendentes reclamaram que era Airbnb, quando na verdade agendei pela Bookin. Fiquei sem entender e chateada com a demora de entrega das chaves...esperando cerca de 1 hora a liberação.
− O cobertor estava com um odor horrível. A mulher da limpeza falou que não podia trocar o cobertor.
