Avoid, nice space, but stay let down by Management Company lack of customer service

− Management company took an unmentioned deposit. Too late to back out as stay non-refundable No Wi-Fi. The management company was very slow to respond to issues. We eventually booked alternative accommodation due to a lack of response from Mgmt Company. Forget early checkout as Mgmt Co work to their hours/schedule. This company needs to be removed from Booking.com as provides a poor product and does not observe Bookings T&C's
Never booked this property, not comfort by any point. I.e. room,facility, owner miss behavior.
1.0− Property was very bad, and owner transfered to the other property what i boooked . , he fraud with us. And was so horrible. I request must not booked this property. Property was horrible,we booked 5 night but after 1 night we checked out. Owner done fraud to us. Not giving any receipt of deposit and not keep on their words.he Denined to deposit refund at check out time. Before check out he agreed with all but after hand over the key and check out he denind to refund deposit and cancelleation charge. And rudly miss behave with us. Not to booked this property by any how.
