I want to complain to the Booking team. You made two consecutive mistakes.
10.0We arrived at this apartment on the first day and because the check-in PIN given to me by the Booking team was wrong, we were unable to open our room and were locked out. We called the landlord and he arrived 15 minutes later to help us solve the problem.
− All facilities in the hotel are very good, very clean, safe and quiet. It is the first time for the landlord to sell the hotel to outsiders. We felt like we were back at home. What we think needs to be improved is the Booking team. When we went to Germany for a business trip, we checked in the wrong luggage and checked into the hotel room with the wrong password, which caused us great confusion.
