9.0La casa è disposta su 3 livelli e si affaccia sul fiume. E' in una posizione comoda, vicino a un sentiero per passeggiare col cane. Siamo stati molto bene!! :)

8.0È luogo ben posizionato nel paese (zona tranquilla e defilata ma vicina a piccole ed utili attività commerciali),biancheria profumata,grazioso balconcino sul torrente/fiume.
− la struttura è forse poco adatta (ma è tutto scritto chiaramente nella descrizione ufficiale) ad eventuali passaggini o persone con difficoltà a deambulare(essendo su più piani)
