9.0The host prepared the unit very well before arrival. Facilities and amenities were outstanding and there's plenty of complimentary snacks. The cleanliness were exceptional and excellent. Will re-booked the unit for future stay if planned to come again to KKB

− My advice to the owner, to clarify the rules if you have one. Don't expect customers to know all. I don't know that he expects guests to eat the snacks in the house, when I take it home, he labels me as a thief. And be more 'berbudi bahasa'. When he labelled me as a thief, he kept being sarcastic with me. Chatting me there a thief takes all his snacks. Its total cost is rm11, and you no investigation , call me thief. Very petty of you. And labelled someone without any efforts to clear the misunderstanding is also incredibly rude. And last but not least, change the inappropriate hanging photo. It's not a Malaysian culture to hang naked photos. Memalukan. I'm very dissatisfied and disappointed with the owner, hope you can change the photo and your attitude very soon.

− the owner is harassing us. He/she didnt mentioned the rules specifically and when we forgot to take the garbage out and wash some plates. He bombarded me with harassing messages.

8.0Es ist keine schöne Geschäftsstraße, dort in eine kleine Tür zwischen den Läden und eine schmale lange Treppe hinauf, oben angekommen …….. überrascht ….. eine wirklich schöne große Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist mit alten Möbeln eingerichtet, welche aber gut erhalten sind. Viele neuere Hotels haben nur abgewohnte Möbel. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.
− Eigenartig war nur, die Wohnung hatte 2x Dusche mit WC, aber beides ohne Waschbecken?
