the house was classic italian with some renovations. The view was fanstatic. The air conditioning worked great. Comfortable clean beds and areas

− It would have been nice to have coffee which we replaced or a regular coffee maker with sugar and cream along with a toaster and iron that worked and ice cube trays. The entrance from road is not marked so if we didn't come in from recommended shuttle not sure how we would of found it. The town is about a 15 min walk and bus can be iffy but bus stop up the stairs and just down the road.

Вилла потрясающая!!! Очень просторная, для отдыха семьей или компанией подходит великолепно!!! Три отдельные спальни, два просторных санузла с душем, огромная гостиная, кухня и террас а с шикарным видом на Праяно и Позитано. Джузеппе был крайне внимателен и любезен, встретил нас у входа и помог с парковкой автомобиля недалеко от виллы!!! Рекомендую- вы получите огромное удовольствие от проживания в этом месте❤️

− Могла бы написать , что лестницы и ступени- но они здесь везде. Все великолепно!!!

− Our stay at this villa quickly turned from a dream into a disturbing experience — mainly because of the host’s inappropriate and controlling behavior. From the second day, the host began insisting that we pay an unexpected €500 in cash, claiming we had more guests than allowed — even though our reservation clearly included the correct number, and the total price reflected that. It felt like an invented excuse to charge extra, and the pressure was persistent. Only after we reached out to Booking.com did the situation deescalate — which tells you everything. But the worst part was how the host monitored us throughout the stay. One morning, he was waiting outside the villa at 6 a.m., watching the house. On other days, he sent strangers to the property, supposedly to “check things,” without telling us in advance. It created an atmosphere of constant surveillance and intrusion — we never felt at ease, and it honestly felt creepy. On the practical side: – The shower had no water for over a day, and the host never replied. – The washing machine was broken, and we had no way to do laundry for a week, despite asking. – The bedrooms had a musty smell, and the villa is hard to access via steep stairs with no signage. We’ve traveled extensively and never experienced this level of discomfort, manipulation, and lack of basic hospitality. The view does not compensate for the stress. We would strongly advise Booking to review this listing, and we absolutely do not recommend staying here.

Wir waren zu sechst im Urlaub. Das Apartment war großzügig, mit drei Schlafzimmern und einem traumhaften Ausblick – sehr sauber. Der Gastgeber hat uns zahlreiche Tipps gegeben, uns beim Transfer zum Flughafen geholfen war jederzeit erreichbar und es lief alles reibungslos. Absolut zu empfehlen!
