Lovely small seaside town

Great position, check in was easy, done with codes and appt was clean, spacious and well equipped. Short walk to numerous bars and restaurants and to ferry to Islands to get to the sea. Rooftop pool good.

The apartment is spacious, modern and well equipped. The best part was the the roof top pool overlooking the Formosa - breath taking! Although we did not meet anyone from the agency they were always very quick to respond to our questions and helpful in terms of check in and out times.

Het is een mooi ruim appartement. De locatie is geweldig, parkeren is ook geen probleem. De keuken en servies was compleet. Het leukst vonden wij, twee personen, de ligging aan het begin van de boulevard. Iedere avond een grote keuze uit restaurants. Het was levendig. Op vragen reageerde de host snel en vriendelijk.

− Er zijn twee zwembaden op het dak. De ene was wel erg fris (onverwarmd), de ander (verwarmd met glazen overkapping) wel erg warm.

The location was ideal for accessing the old town of Olhao as well as restaurants and the marina. The bed was very comfortable & the shower was excellent with plenty of hot water & water pressure. Access to streaming services was really appreciated. Since we visited in February, we were thankful for the comfort of the heating system. Although we had a minor issue with plumbing as well as a major issue with the refrigerator, both issues were handled immediately and the staff were very professional. Communication with Pedro over our stay was excellent.

− This is not really a complaint but since it was very cool in February, we would have appreciated a few small throws (blankets) for the coach. Although the condo has minimal furnishings (set up for rental), it has everything that is needed for a short or long stay in Olhao.

Serrure électronique donc pas d'accueil, mais l'agence est très réactive et soucieuse de rendre service. Très propre, quelques commodités à l'arrivé (café, lessive, pastille de Lave vaisselle...)

− La piscine est juste faite pour se tremper, pas pour nager. Et peu de place sur les transats. Pas d'accès facile aux plages, mais les restos sont très proches. Parking à proximité mais attention certaines places sont payantes

Location/very quiet/well equipped kitchen cutlery & crockery/ very clean/ overlooking garden The fact it was so quiet is exactly what we look for The management company were excellent nothing was too much trouble and they answered any queries straight away

− The apartment was a little sparse/ clinical but this is not a criticism but personal choice a few more wall prints and furniture but essentially a full length mirror I think would give a more appealing/ homely atmosphere
