− Sehr unsauberer Garten/ Eingangsbereich. Überall stehen kaputte Stühle im Freien. Es gab keine Beleuchtung bis zur Türe. Viele nicht gewartete Geräte, Steckdosen. Sehr dreckiges Geschirr. Bettwäsche fleckig, kein Badabfall, dafür starker Geruch aus dem Abfluss. Keine Geschirrhandtücher. Ein Handwerker stand plötzlich in der Wohnung.
