− A couple of thing needed fixing but the owners were on to this.
Well maintained property close to town.
8.0Great location, close to city and arterial routes AROUND the city. Neat backyard to enjoy sunny weather. Very comfortable bed, we slept well. Cosy lounge. Welcome touches such as some porridge sachets, chips and soft drinks. All the conveniences of home with dishwasher and washing machine.
− As older people, we found the very steep staircase with narrow steps a nuisance at night as there is no upstairs bathroom. I think there should be photos so people are fully aware of what they are committing to. Also the key safe was difficult to open, seems stiff.
