10.0It’s very clean and the bed is comfortable. very close to everything The buffet is excellent . Workers are amazing The best place to stay ever . If ever I come back to Venice I will definitely stay here again.

Enjoyable but the basics(shower, kettle, et ) weren’t acceptable.
6.0Location was great for all main attractions. American bar staff were great.
− Bathrooms could do with a makeover. Showerheads are terrible, air conditioning didn’t work. Faulty kettle tripped electrics and staff in the main hotel could do with some training.
Sehr komfortables Hotel in sehr günstiger Lage
10.0Die Lage des Hotels ist großartig: keine 10 Minuten zu Fuß bis zum Markusplatz; und nicht länger dauert es auch zur Ponte dell'Accademia. Nicht einmal eine Minute ist es von der nächsten Anlegestelle der Wasserbusse entfernt (S.Maria del Giglio). Dort halten sowohl die Linie 1, die vom Bahnhof her kommt, als auch die Wasserbusse von Alilaguna, die vom Flughafen kommen (wichtig hier: die richtige Linie ist die orange = arancio; die anderen halten nicht an dieser Anlegestelle in der Nähe des Hotels). Mein Zimmer war neu ausgebaut / renoviert und war sehr komfortabel. Es lag in der 4. Etage. Der Aufzug geht nur bis zur dritten; aber das Hotelpersonal ist sehr hilfsbereit und schleppt einem den Koffer ungefragt die letzte Treppe hoch. Ein Vorteil der "Höhenlage": Eine Treppe führt hinauf zu einer Dachterrasse. Das Hotel bietet ein üppiges Buffet. Es war mein dritter Besuch in diesem Hotel.
