9.0We booked as airbnb and were suprised by the extensive gardens, pools, restaurants and services onsite. It was not clear from the listing this was a full service facility/hotel. The apartment is exactly as pictured, new, beautiful and clean. We had everything we needed in the unit, and appreciated the additional beach towels available. We enjoyed our stay very much!
− When we arrived there were only bath towels (one per person) in the unit. No hand towels or any extra towel. I had to reach out to the host and this was addressed quickly. We also had a problem with hot water. Someone had address it - and explained that the general water thermostat of the building was set to mid temp. This was adjusted and we were able to get hot water, but it always took a long time to come out, which felt wasteful. I wished the hot tub on the balcony was heated :-)

10.0The jungle feeling, and the various pools leading down to the beach. The accommodations are beautiful and so were the views from the rooms. The big kitchen made it very nice for hanging out together playing games and cooking.
