The location was lovely a nice quiet site. The property was lovely and clean very well presented with some lovely touches added by the owner.

The location was good though a little remote. The is a very friendly club house on site and the food was good.

− Not too much, the steps into the caravan are steep, if you’re getting on in years like us, they could be dangerous, the outdoor dining/seating was broken, there was no BBQ as listed and there was only one rusty lounger. The interior seats were all stained and the TV was small and hard to use. The beds are uncomfortable, the temperature was 30deg’s plus, the plastic mattress covers didn’t help🥵

− The T.V didnt work. The owner ignored my message telling him this, until the next morning when I messaged again. Told me a cleaner would come and fix it. Cleaner messaged and told us they weren't on site. Let the owner know, again ignored until after midnight, where he proceeded to tell us absolute lies about the whole thing. Typical example of someone taking your hard earned money ( £120 per nigh) and giving absolute zero customer service. It absolutely ruined our weekend as we were celebrating our anniversary and just wanted to cuddle up n watch the t.v with no kids. We never get away without them. The cleanliness leaves something to be desired also. I went to cook a burger, took the 2 frying pans out and had a choice whether to cook it in the rusty one or the one with the last residents food melted into it. Not to mention the sick splatter stain all along 1 side of the double bed gave me the ick Id definitely recommend people to stay away from this van incase they have any issues when there and receive the same customer service we got. This is how ridiculous it is. The owner said he thinks it is the firestick that's not working and was still in warranty so a new one was coming first thing in the morning ( a Sunday morning?? What when he messaged us at half past midnight on a Saturday night. ) its laughable. It also didnt help that the box for the firestick with the receipt attached to it was in the cupboard with the date on it. So id love to know how the hell its still in warranty all these years later!!! He obviously knew about this prior to us going for him to be able to directly say its the firestick, as I had put over that it was a possible fault with the HDMI port. Just absolutely lack luster service. We spent 2 days there and I messaged them 1hr after we got there. He deliberately ignored us hoping we would just leave quietly.
