O facto de ter um ambiente acolhedor, com poucos quartos, conforto da decoração e staff.
− A experiência da limpeza dos quartos não foi de todo a melhor, tinha bichos (aranhas, minhocas e moscas) dentro o quarto e ainda cabelos nas toalhas de banho limpas. Pedi para mudar de quarto e o novo que nos atribuíram estava igualmente com aranhas no wc. Spa com horário por marcação, que não estava detalhado ao momento da reserva.
