6.0Забронювали апартаменти через букінг, приїхали пізно, а код сейфу до ключа ніхто не дає. Звʼязатись з помешканням по телефону, смс не могли. Простоявши більше голи і намагаючись вирішити проблему, отримали смс, де сказали, що ці апартаменти заброньовані вже. Просили повернути кошти, не погодились власники. Сказали, що в нас мала дитина і тоді власник запропонував інші апартаменти. На все це було витрачено багато часу та сил.

1.0− Le logement ne correspondait pas à l’annonce : pas de terrasse et pas de wifi, alors que ces équipements étaient indiqués. Le chauffage était insuffisant avec un seul poêle à granulés pour tout l’appartement, rendant la chambre et la salle de bain très froides. La propreté laissait à désirer, notamment la douche qui fuyait. La cuisine était sale, avec une odeur de gaz et un four dans un état très dégradé, ce qui nous a empêchés de nous faire à manger. La literie était également inconfortable. Globalement, un séjour décevant par rapport à ce qui était annoncé.
