− The location felt quite vulnerable at nightfall but once inside and locked the outside out its secure

1.0we had a very bad experience right off the bat. The check in was a nightmare, it was like trying to break in a maximum security prison. First having to create an account on their portal. 2nd step is paying a holding deposit which was not disclosed at the time of booking. Finally you get told how to access the keys to access the property. After-all that we could not get in because the lock to the property was faulty. A patronising agent told me i was not turning the key correctly to unlock the front door, when he was eventually convinced the lock was faulty he offered a fully night's refund and suggested an alternative room. The time now is 23:30. By the way that 100% refund was mysteriously reduced to 50%
− The alternative room was very basic. No hot water in the shower. The small bar fridge provided froze all my perishables including milk and vegetables. Again I was told i failed to use the fridge correctly. They flat out refused to refund me for my spoilt groceries
Okay for a short stay
8.0The property matched the photos. The rooftop terrace was great for a breath of fresh air and would be lovely on a sunny day. The dining room in the corner tower room was a cute surprise.
− The property itself was acceptable, but the entrance and exterior of the building it is in is dirty and musty. The parking was on the street, not onsite. The shower ran hot and cold, so a bath might be a better option. Be aware there are two flights of stairs to reach the apartment
