We’ll set out and the indoor and outdoor fire places were a bonus.

− There were a few dead insects about the place. The third toilet in the laundry stopped working.

Location and Facilities of this property were fantastic. The house was clean, comfortable, plenty of staple supplies, clean saltwater pool, BBQ, pet friendly with the property fully enclosed and close to the shops, cafes, clubs and beach. We will definitely be back to further explore the area.

The location was amazing for beach lovers!! Short walk down the road to the beach, which was not busy at all. Short walk to the local cafes and woolworths. Very quiet area.

− If we are being picky, the only thing that would have made it exceptional would be a heated pool. It was too cold to use at the time we were there.

Overall a fantastic house for a family holiday with pets! It was a short walk to the dog friendly beach and close to the shops for great food. Definitely coming back!

This place is beautiful and well presented. The backyard is amazing for the dogs to run around. The pool is excellent.

− Unfortunately during my stay of three nights, on the second day, cockroaches started appearing. First there was one in the main bedroom - no big deal, maybe it snuck in from outside. Later that afternoon - another huge one in the living space. Again, killed that. Later that night, a 3rd one again ran out in the living room, then found a 4th in the bathroom. I ended up packing my car up and driving home (3 hours at 10pm at night). I genuinely would not expect to find a cockroach issue at a high caliber expensive property. I messaged the property and informed them. They were quick to tell me their T&C states they take no liability for "bugs." They claim that a heatwave from the previous week has brought bugs inside. They claim the place has been previously sprayed and claim they had a company come out to check - I've asked for evidence of this which they didn't provide. Just beware this property has cockroaches and they aren't willing to refund you if this is an issue for you. They offered me $100 back on a $1280 booking when I left 36 hours early. I sent them photo and video evidence of the cockroaches. Lastly, I tried to use the oven grill but it wasn't clean and just started smoking, so was unable to cook with it, which is an issue given it's a holiday destination without many local restaurants. I am so sad to have to leave this review because I genuinely appreciate properties being pet friendly as I travel with my dogs. But for the price paid, I do not expect to find an excessive amount of cockroaches. I have lived and stayed at properties all over NSW and QLD and the coast - I have never ever encountered this many roaches in a place that is properly pest sprayed
