The house is very spacious.

− Dullsroom is exceptionally cold and the highlight always has been the wood fireplaces I presumed wrongly that this luxury villa would have but they were all boarded up. I suspect the reason is that the house was so badly and cheaply built that it did not pass the fire inspection. The house needs a lot of attention -Front door was a struggle to close, back door didnt open from inside, mixer in main bathroom only gave hot water and the list goes on. Alvin did upgrade the DSTV package after complaint . Unfortunately the 2 gas heaters were not sufficient for us to be comfortable

Well situated Pool well maintained Adequate space

− The keys provided did not unlock the front door, nor did they lock or unlock the stacking doors, leaving our belongings unsecured throughout the stay. Several stacking doors couldn’t be opened at all, while others didn’t close properly. There was a burn mark on the leather couch, and we experienced multiple leaks during the rain. The main bedroom was separate from its designated bathroom, which was extremely impractical. One of the ceiling access panels (“hatches”) in a bathroom was open on arrival. The overall layout felt illogical, and many finishes appeared rushed—more like a quick plaster job than a quality build. Considering the premium look shown in the photos, the actual condition of the house did not match what was advertised.
