− Parking can be hit and miss, but there is nothing that can be done

9.0Clean and comfortable. Was initially very cold, but it heated up quickly once we got in and put the heating on - was then lovely and warm. Beds comfortable and everything was fairly basic but clean.
− We spent Christmas at the property, it would have been really nice for them to have put something remotely Christmassy in the living room. Even something very small would have a made a difference, but there was nothing at all.

1.0Even after paying the amount on time, we had our booking cancelled and the host informed us it had been double booked. Deeply disappointed and extremely annoyed.
