一次非常非常糟糕的住宿体验
1.0− 我们预订的房间是三人入住，只提供了两个人的床上用品，另外一人无床单无被子。入住当时同工作人员联系多次，电话都无人接听，联系BOOKING工作人员，也联系不上房东，致使入住当晚有一个人没有床上用品使用。发了邮件同房东也无回复。后来回国后要求房东赔偿一人的入住费用，房东回复是我们没有找到床上用品，并且也没有联系过他们，再次要求BOOKING工作人员协调沟通，房东是不回复，完全是一个耍赖不负责的态度。在BOOKING网站上已经订过国外的上百家酒店和住宿，第一次遇到 这样的房东。一次非常糟糕的住宿体验。

7.0Tolle Umgebung, gleich um die Ecke ein Hilfsdienst mit schönem Spielplatz, nahe an vielen Seen und Attraktionen.
− Ein Detail an der Junior Suite ist für Familien wichtig: es gibt ein Schlafzimmer, das das Durchgangszimmer zum Bad ist und die anderen beiden Betten sind in der Küche - für Familien eher ungünstig, da man ständig nachts die Kinder weckt. Es war für uns mit den Bildern so nicht ersichtlich, wir dachten, es gibt zwei Schlafzimmer.
