10.0Un gran punto, lugar muy tranquilo. Los anfitriones con una gran amabilidad siempre. Ante cualquier duda ellos estaban ahí. Nos sentimos super cómodos y seguros.

Todo perfecto, pero mejor cuando haga menos frio.
8.0La localización y la parte del salón cocina. Que pude entrar antes de tiempo y Santigo fue muy agradable y servicial.
− Soy consciente de que Uruguay en Junio es frio. Muy frio. Y creo que el piso no está muy preparado para el frio. Tienen un aire con función de calor, pero no es suficiente para calentar la casa ni la estancia del salón-cocina. Hizo frio y no se estaba confortable. Pregunté si funcionaba el de la habitación y me dijeron que solo con función frio. Una pena. Por lo demás el piso se correponde con las fotos.
Apartamento aconchegante, simples, com tudo o que se necessita, muito bem localizado.
8.0O apartamento está otimamente localizado, está equipado com todo o conforto (ar condicionado quente/frio, eletrodomésticos completos na cozinha, cama com edredon. Ótimo custo/benefício.
− É importante saber que é preciso subir ao terceiro andar sem elevador - se estiver com bagagens pesadas o anfitrião, muito simpático, vai te ajudar.

9.0Apartamento muito bem localizado, muito próximo à praia, mercados e restaurantes. Cama confortável, cozinha bem equidada. Internet estável e de boa velocidade.
− Único porém, na minha opinião, é o fato de não haver elevador no edifício o que dificulta a locomoção de quem tem mobilidade reduzida, já que o apartamento fica no terceiro andar.
Great value for money in top location
9.0Very friendly, helpful and accommodating host. Easy to communicate with. Great location, close to everything important like beach, super market, bus stops. Window of bed room faces inside so the street sounds are not coming through esp. because it s 3rd floor. That is a big plus. Attention no elevator!! Great kitchen/living room area. Comfy bed. Bathroom has a washing machine and a cool dryer device that needs time but dries clothes well. Heating in the bathroom also very nice. Overall, the apartment has a nice size for 1-2 people and all you need.
− Water pressure in the shower could be better. It is difficult to wash long hair properly with this low water pressure.
