Absolutely gorgeous property in central Bradford. Natasha the host was brilliant - although not met in person, she was very responsive via messages. We arrived around 8pm and the security staff in the building were amazing - special shout out to Mark for helping us with the garage and showing us to our room. We felt very safe here! The apartment was very clean and well equipped too. We stayed to see a show at the Alhambra which was just a 10 minute walk down the hill as was town! We would 100% stay here next time we are in Bradford!

− Nothing! As other reviewers had mentioned there was a strong smell of weed in the corridor at one point but only by the door and didn’t affect any of the rooms so it didn’t affect our stay!

Apartamento amplo, com linda vista. Cozinha equipada com lava louças, forno, fogão e microondas, com todos os utensílios necessários para preparar refeições. O quarto também tem uma lavadora e secadora de roupas. As camas super confortáveis e o chuveiro ótimo. Tem uma banheira que permitiu um banho de imersão relaxante. Quanto ao atendimento, Natasha nos atendeu prontamente, super simpática e solícita desde a reserva até o check out. Resolveu rapidamente todos os pequenos contratempos.

− Houve um pequeno contratempo com as chaves, pois o hóspede anterior não tinha deixado as chaves no local solicitado. Mas tudo bem, porque o local tem um lounge super confortável onde ficamos esperamos. Nem esperamos muito tempo.

Whilst it was a bit smaller than I expected from the photos and the bath was in a separate room from the toilet which I hadn’t realised, it was very clean and beds were comfortable. Despite being so central it was quiet with the windows closed. The car park was very secure, although I have a caveat to to that, mentioned in next part of review. We had one serious issue but Natasha was incredible with her resolution of this, truly handled it how I would’ve when I worked in a 5 star hotel on front desk, and despite the negative parts of my review, I absolutely would (and may well due to why we were there, likely to be an annual event) stay here again, we’ll just make sure we are more prepared for it to be very basic in terms of kitchenware etc.

− There wasn’t much toilet roll, we had to buy our own, same with washing up liquid and soap, and there was only a tiny bit of washing powder for the washing machine. There wasn’t any tea or coffee, the coffee machine downstairs in common area wasn’t working either - we bought and left some coffee, no biscuits like other g people mentioned getting. No salt either, we bought some and left it there. There also weren’t a lot of kitchen items such as baking trays, again, we bought some and took them with us when we left. Door to building which was meant to be secure was open every day, meaning anyone could access the car park and apartment building. WiFi was very poor, we all had to use my date.
