10.0Sehr schöne kleine gemütliche und ruhige Anlage. Das Apartment hat alles was man benötigt. Eine voll ausgestattete Küche, saubere Sanitäre Anlagen, gemütliches Bett und ein tolles Ambiente mit genügend Platz sowie privaten Parkplatz runden die Anlage ab. Die nähe zum Meer ist fantastisch da nur knappe 10 Minuten entfernt. Absolut Top bzgl. Preis/Leistung. Gastgeber Adriano ist unfassbar Gastfreundlich und immer zur Stelle wenn man was benötigen sollte. Auch die Nähe zu Rom sollte erwähnt sein. Eine ganz klare Empfehlung für Familien und Pärchen!

8.0proprietario super disponibile a tutte le richieste prima e durante il soggiorno. casa riposante e comoda. due camere separate di cui una con due lettini perfetta per la nostra famiglia, soggiorno e due giardini..tutto lo spazio per trascorrere qualche giorno al mare in comodità. la spiaggia raggiungibile a piedi, e luoghi bellissimi a pochi minuti di macchina. la macchina si mette all'interno all'ombra, e la casa è fresca anche senza accendere l'aria condizionata.
− tutto è meglio di come sembrava dalle foto. in generale forse va riammodernato qualcosa. ma il rapporto qualita prezzo è buono

− Non è un vero e proprio lato negativo ma la spiaggia non è proprio vicinissima a piedi ma bisogna prendere la macchina. Tutte cose che nel momento della prenotazione sono facilmente intuibili e quindi non imputabili alla struttura stessa.

9.0Tutto ok ,c era anche del cibo ( pastasciutta) da poter cucinare nell eventualità di arrivo tardi e negozi chiusi!! ( Da non sottovalutare) La GRANDE pianta di limoni davanti casa mi è rimasta nel cuore!!Aria condizionata molto importante!Il ragazzo ( referente ) MOLTO DISPONIBILE ED EDUCATO!!

8.0The host was very nice and answered every question. It was nice to have some snacks and water available after a long travel.
− The couch was very comfortable but the couch cover. generated lint and fibers that got onto clothes. The parking was a little tight but after first few time, it became easy.
