Beautiful stay, with a breathtaking view!
9.0The view here was incredible! The rooms were big, clean and beautifully decorated. Parking on site in a garage made our stay easy. We loved the location and would stay here again!
− The check-in process required photos not just of passports, but of individuals holding their passport. Children were also expected to do this. I have never experienced this before in regard to children and contacted the property confirming one guest was a young child and requested more information about what they do with the photos before sending it. I think this process is unnecessary for children and am still confused about why it was requested.

− Check out a 10 heure, très difficile pour accéder a l'appartement, en hauteur , une rue étroite 2 voitures ne pas pas, enfin le cirque 🎪

5.0View was awesome ! Beds were very comfortable Air con was great in bedrooms and main living area Lots of pots/ pans / kitchen equipment
− Getting in was tough - after long day and limited signal / mobile data to be faced with a set of instructions and videos on how to access the property ! Via key box and 6 keys ! Electric fence shut several times ( no cut off nearly rammed car) whilst trying to park car on a steep incline in a tight garage ! Shower door broken When charged phone short circuited fuses 4 times on Cooker and whole house electrics ! Whilst trying to cook our evening meal We are over 6 ft and struggled to reach glasses / cups

8.0Le spot est absolument incroyable avec une vue sublime sur le lac de Côme et des possibilités de marche intéressantes.
− Équipement minimal, notamment dans la cuisine, propreté pas terrible, piscine rikiki pour la copropriété composée de plusieurs bâtiments et insonorisation qui laisse à désirer, avec le sentiment que les boudins étaient dans notre appartement.
