Kayaking features.cooking facilities. Amble parking for 4+ cars. Blueberries

− Older than visually shown. Had to bring our own shower towels for all of us to avoid old towels. A/C not available during hot day times. Recycling bin was already full.

Would not recommend and was extremely disappointed!

Ran out of room on "What we didn't like? - [ ] Porch off of the dining room needs a gate to stop children and pets from wondering off. - [ ] The property is aged and needs cleanup for the price you’re asking. - [ ] On a positive note, the views are beautiful and there was a new kitchen sponge still in the wrapper. Also, the interior of the house was clean.

− - [ ] Railing @ top of stairs - Child safety hazard - Try weaving the netting back and forth between the bars. Also the netting does very little on the bottom. Our 4YO granddaughter could easily fit between the bars. This is a liability issue! - [ ] Front and back yards are weed and moss ridden and haven’t been mowed in a while. For a low maintenance solution try a wild flower garden approach or just maintain the yard so the property is inviting. - [ ] Stairs down to beach platform - 1) overgrown blackberry bushes - dangerous and 2) bottom railing on platform broken, a child could easily fall through. And 3) same as above with overgrown blackberry bushes but also supper steep. Lastly 4) the mesh on top of the stairs needs to be secured and/or replaced. This is a liability issue! - [ ] No facial tissues, really… unacceptable; this is a first for us. - [ ] Near the road by the mailbox there was a lot tissues and garbage on the ground; that was our first impression of the house. Several of the tissues were down the driveway. - [ ] No curtains on bay side picture windows making the living room extremely bright when the sun sets. - [ ] Some of the kitchen towels were really stained and disgusting - needs replacing - [ ] Need real oven mittens and not kitchen towels. - [ ] Remind guests to take out the trash and on Thursday night take to the street. Bins were full upon our arrival. - [ ] Master bathroom light and fan switches were installed upside down. - [ ] Thermostats are all over the place, we had to hunt them down to warm up the house. Please provide instructions on thermostats. - [ ] Need to clear out old/expired food and spices. - [ ] Low shower head in master bath, I’m 6’ and was eye to eye with the shower head. - [ ] Would have been great to have a welcome letter on the kitchen counter that explains the workings of the house and where things are located. - [ ] Fake greenery everywhere are just dust magnets.
