Die Lage der Wohnung ist fast direkt am Piazza De Ferrari vom Balkon aus hat man eine wundervolle Aussicht auf den Kern der Altstadt. Parkplätze sind zwar nicht inkludiert aber direkt unterhalb der Wohnung befindet sich ein öffentlicher Parkhaus (CityParking ca. 25 Euro am Tag). Es konnte gegen einen Aufpreis von 20 Euro kurzfristig ein späterer Check-in möglich gemacht werden.

− Trotz des verspäteten Check-Ins war die Wohnung bei unserer Ankunft dreckig. Der Boden die Oberflächen aber insbesondere auch die Toilette waren nicht gereinigt. Das Bad ist sehr eng, das Silikon weißt bereits Schimmel auf und die Drüsen sind verkalkt. Das zur Verfügung gestellte Bettzeug ist selbst anzubringen und verschmutzt. Die Matraze des Schlafsofas weißt zahlreiche Blut- und Urinflecken auf. Über das Treppenhaus führt ein Gang der lediglich zu den Wohnungen des Anbieters führt und aussieht, als wäre seit Jahren nicht gesaugt worden. An den Heizungen kleben Überreste toter Bettwanzen...Leider hat uns der Zustand der Wohnung die Freude über den Aufenthalt ziemlich kaputt gemacht. Wir haben so gut es ging selbst eine Reinigung vorgenommen und versucht teilweise eigenes Bettzeug zu nutzen.

− terrasse var meget slidt. Træbelægning var gået istykker mange steder, og meget beskidt. Derfor trækker stedet ned. Terrassen kunne nemt have været mere indbydende. Den trænger til en opgradering.

Ottima la posizione e la terrazza. A pochi metri dall'appartamento sono presenti ristoranti pizzerie bar, alimentari e farmacie. L'acquario dista 8 minuti a piedi.

− Avremmo gradito al nostro arrivo dopo le 22 trovare almeno una bottiglietta d'acqua come normalmente avviene in tutte le strutture. Le camere sono pulite ma non pulitissime. Alcuni angoli nascosti non sono stati aspirati e sotto al divano abbiamo trovato una mutanda di qualche precedente ospite. La connessione non funziona quasi mai. Attenti alla doccia se siete alti più di 1.90 farete fatica a entrare.

Location was great for where we wanted to be as we've stayed in the area before.

− Only negative bit was the patio area, although very big was tired. Planters run down and no plants in them. It was part of a bigger patio area( although only us could make use of it.) Also the wooden patio tiles have seen better days, again these where tired some broken.. Also we only found out when we left that the property owner turns off the air con and you need to request it be on to use. We didn't need it but thought this was odd.

Very pleasant the staff were very helpful. A nice apartment for a few days stay in Genoa.

It was centrally located so easy to see all that Genoa had to offer. It was light airy in the living areas and nice to have an outside space. It was clean and tidy. It had all equipment you would need. We only made tea and had a few evening drinks.

− The bathroom was so small the shower head was fixed and way too low for myself and my husband. The shower cubical was also very small no room for manoeuvre. The toilet was very snug between the shower and the wall and i hit my elbows a few times. The directions were also a bit sketchy. Finally once we arrived after searching for a while in the pouring rain the lady on the WhatsApp said its the Generali Building which was huge red letters. Also there was a massive sing saying Bingo right be the entrance door another good direction tip.
