− אין מקום להתאפר, להניח את האיפור, אין מספיק אור, הג׳קוזי היה עם מים קרים פושרים במקום חמים מאוד, וזה ביאס מאוד כי קר.

1.0− איך שנכנסנו למקום קיבלנו הלם מרמת התחזוקה המקום מלוכלך החדרים ריח של טחב בריכה מלוכלכת עלינו לגקוזי שנמצא בתוך מבנה עץ רעוע ומלוכלך כסאות ושולחנות צבע מתקלף כול הגקוזי מלא כוסות חד פעמי אין צוות שמנקה יש מזנון לא מאויש ארוחת הבוקר הייתה אמורה להגיע לחדר לא הגיע ולא שאלו מתי נרצה לאכול שילמנו ללילה 3500 שח עבור מלון בוטיק קיבלנו זוועה פשוט בושה למי שמנהל ככה מקום אכזבה

8.0המיקום מדהים,הנוף וואו,ההיסטוריה של המקום מרתקת.פוטנציאל אדיר למקום.הבעלים יוני ועודד תמיד שם לעזור שזה ממש שונה ממלונות רגילים.אווירה ביתית ולא מוקפדת.עיצוב החדר מפתיע ולא שיגרתי.שוב מציינת את השרות שהיה חברי מאד ומחבק.ארוחת בוקר טובה
− התחזוקה במקום לקויה.רואים שכבר המקום לא ממש במיטבו.בחללים החיצוניים יש דברים זרוקים,יש בלאי של הריהוט,בחדר יש דברים שזקוקים לתיקון,אין הרגשת נקיון.המיטה כבר חורקת והמזרן לא ממש נוח.השרות כמה שהיה מצויין לא מחפה על התקלות.חבל

10.0Its may be one of the best places to stay in, in Israel. You are in the middle of nature, with full privacy and only 15 min drive from any place in Jerusalem . The room are huge and very authentic! 6 suites only...you can use the swimming pool and jacuzzi at night as well :) The stuff is super friendly and professional, they will assist and help with any requests. I'm so glad we discovered this place. Definitely will be back soon !
