10.0The accommodation is very cozy, albeit minimal. Nice, clean room, soft bed and clean, fragrant blankets. Microwaves, fridges, fans and boilers are available. The staff is one of the best I've ever known. Noel is a really great and helpful person. He satisfied all our requests very willingly. Surely if we return to London for the MCM London Comic Con we will stay here!
− Tips for improvement: More holes for electrical outlets would have been appreciated. Unfortunately, there were only two, one of which was occupied by the fridge. In addition, a few towels. There was only one big one even though there were two people. And a small one dedicated to the floor in front of the foot shower. I recommend at least 2 or 3 towels per person. One for hands and face, one for underwear and one for body. Finally, I recommend filling in the soaps and shampoo, which were few, and adding the shower/foam. Maybe some wall hangers in the bedroom and in the bathroom.

6.0− Noise from downstairs also from another as room we not able to sleep properly
