Avoid Kozystay all cost!
1.0Stay away from Kozystay at all cost. They don’t have staff to receive you or let you in. You have to check in online while you’re traveling and if you don’t have WiFi then good luck. I could not check in at their Jakarta residence and lost my 3 night prepaid stay. I almost missed this one too. Terrible experience!
− Kozystay is a fake entity that doesn’t own the property and has no staff. Good luck staying with them.
Once in the apartment, things were mostly fine. Location was great and I enjoyed being there.
9.0location was fine. I didn't receive breakfast or wasn't made aware there was breakfast available
− In the booking there is no indication that the rented property isn't a hotel where the key is picked up. It took a big hassle, with someone from Kozy having to come out to the property to help me register and get into the apaprtment. After traveling and being tired that was really annoying.

6.0Appartement très propre et belle piscine de 50m. Bonbonne d eau à disposition, frigo, lave linge très pratique.
− Emplacement très bruyant (face gare donc bruit des trains jusqu’à tard le soir), manque de serviette (une seule de bain par personne pour 3 jours et pas de serviette pour le visage…), Check-in express sans explication sur l usage de la salle de sport ou de la piscine, ni de la bonbonne d eau qui a un fonctionnement particulier. Enfin pas de sac poubelle de rechange alors que les poubelles sont toutes petites. Pas mal de gros points négatifs qui viennent justifier cette note.
