− the whole house was filthy, bathroom showers were filthy, floors were not cleaned, roaches in kitchen, the bed sheets had a foul smell

Survived our stay in the little house of horrors.
1.0This property was filthy. Stains all over the carpet, broken fence out back and a ton of cats laying around in the front and rear yard, rendering the yard unusable for our dogs. It was so nasty we almost left. I’ve never been in a rental like this before. Stains on the walls that looked like someone had a very good time and shared that good time with the wall up high. I was terrified of leaving with bed bugs. This was a place to stay on a long cross-country move so we were there less than 12 hours. If it was going to be a minute longer we wouldn’t have stayed. As it is, I’m still traumatized by the condition.
− Everything. It was run down, disgustingly dirty, carpet stained and covered in who knows what. Peeling stick on paper around a TV that didn’t have a working remote… horrific property to offer to someone as “cozy and chic”. More like “house of horrors” as the bedroom doors didn’t have doorknobs - they had keypad locks and numbers on the doors. You can’t make this stuff up… yard was way overdue for a mow, overrun, toxic palm out back, you name it.
