7.0Nous avons apprécié la proximité de Séville avec une place de parking. Le logement est bien équipé (lave linge, sèche-cheveux,..) avec de nombreuses fournitures.
− La période d'ouverture de la piscine n'était pas indiquée (malheureusement fermée pendant notre venue). Le bâtiment est en mauvais état (avec des fissures), et n'inspire pas confiance (en particulier le balcon qui bouge quand on marche dessus). Il y a de nombreuses moisissures dans les deux salles de bain. La peinture s'effrite par endroit. Pour le prix, cela manque d'entretien.
