Lovely place as long as you clean it yourself and don't mind not being able to conta propety manager

Overall the property was lovely, it was just the lack of cleaning and the property managers lack of service and response

− No reply all day to a msg asking for lock box code, then stood at front door of property for 20min while Sanjay hung up on me twice and then couldn't find code, the email was then resent but still with no lock code. The shower then sprayed water all over me and the room due to at loose screw, then the bathroom flooded due to a huge leak in the shower door, there was also no face washer and had to use chux instead. There is no designated numbers or spaces for 4 car parks out front, so 2 cars took up the whole 4 and I had to park all the way down the road. I requested late checkout and was approved but then denied at the time of stay. The cleaning was appalling, the scourer had already been used, side tables were dirty, inside of microwave was dirty coffee machine. Linen was dirty and also the outside light not working so was harder to get inside at night

Acceptable with a great location but the unit itself is a little boxy.

The location of the unit is only a few metres from the beach and rock pool. Great location in a suburban street.

− High density living with all five units very close together. It is like a house that has been divided up into units. There was no easy outdoor area to let in a breeze - lots of concrete.

Disappointed Stopover 😕

The shower nozzle requires decent repair or replacement. I managed to tighten it sufficiently with a small screwdriver for my own use. However, when moved, it would go limp and make comfortable showering difficult/impossible. The shower door needs repair as gaps cause flooding of the bathroom floor, leaving the bathmat soaked and useless. The cupboard beside the stove/oven (where the chopping boards are stored) needs a deep clean and probable disposal of boards, as the whole cupboard smells like old parmigiana 🤢. The lounge suite and bedroom carpet felt clean from vacuuming but looked grubby. Please note* I initially had no intention of leaving a review, but constant requests to do so prompted the above honest feedback.

It was very close to the beach and had all we needed foe our short stay.

− The entire place smelt like smoke, and the shower head soaked the entire bathroom, wasn't very functional.
