− Lack of communication, had to contact booking.com to get involved, asked for £100 damage insurance the night before the stay, when we got to the chalet realised why, the couch had a broken leg but had been placed to look ok until you sat on it. Had to use the decking chairs to sit on. I did send pics, but there no response (shock). The bed had the lumpiest mattress, so sleeping was difficult.
