Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z naszego pobytu w apartamencie we Florianie. Doceniamy świetną lokalizację (wszedzie bylo blisko, zwlaszcza do autobusow, ktorymi się często poruszaliśmy), dobre wyposażenie mieszkania (wygodne, duże łóżko, wi-fi, klimatyzacja, bogaty sprzęt kuchenny, dostep do pralni i tarasu itp.), czyli wszystko, co potrzebne na komfortowy pobyt dla dwóch osób. Duży plus za czystość. Piękna zabytkowa kamienica z charakterystycznymi maltańskimi balkonikami dodawala naszemu pobytowi uroku. Przyjazny personel, choć nieobecny na miejscu, był dostepny online i pomocny, gdy potrzebowaliśmy wsparcia :))

− Aby się dostać do mieszkania, trzeba pokonać strome schody. Pralnia i taras są jeszcze wyżej. Wiedzieliśmy o tym przed przyjazdem, bo w ofercie była informacja na ten temat. Nam to nie przeszkadzało, dla sprawnej osoby to nie problem. Chodząc po tych schodach czuliśmy prawdziwy klimat kamienicy i ćwiczyliśmy kondycję :)

Decoração muito gira. Localização muito boa. Perto de paragens de autocarro e de valletta. Respostas do proprietário rápidas.

− Não senti que o apartamento estava muito limpo, principalmente a casa de banho na área do banho. Quando chegamos ao apartamento tinha vestígios de pequenas obras a decorrer no interior pois marcaram arranjos para serem feitos durante a nossa estadia sem aviso prévio! Devido a este incidente não nos sentíamos 100% seguras.

I enjoyed my stay however the TV and cooking pans need sorted out.

I picked the accommodation for the quiet neighborhood, easy access to the bus station and price. There is a good cafe just round the corner. A small local convenience shop, pharmacy and local bars are nearby.

− The stairs from the front door to the accommodation are quite steep, they might not be suitable for everyone. The furniture in the living area is good, the bed is comfy, however there is only one armchair. The TV has no live channels through an aerial. Everything with the exception of YouTube is only available through subscription apps. Cooking facilities are OK. Unfortunately two out of the three pans supplied are not compatible with the induction hob. I emailed the owner pointing out this schoolboy error, they did not reply. There is access to the roof however it is drab and uninviting.

Εξαιρετικό διαμέρισμα ,πολύ καθαρό και πολύ κοντά σε στάση λεωφορείου, μίνι μάρκετ. Ήταν μόλις 10-15 λεπτά περπάτημα από το κέντρο της Βαλέτας! Η επικοινωνία μου με τους υπεύθυνους του καταλύματος ήταν άμεση και άψογη ! Θα το ξανά προτιμούσα σίγουρα και το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!

A lovely apartment in a quiet district, easy to walk to most places and very good access to buses.

Location was great, it seemed only 20 minute walk to most places we wanted to visit. Very near to buses too. Small supermarket nearby. Lovely view from the bedroom window. Very quiet neighbourhood, apart from the cockerel early hours that is! The apartment had a lovely local feel about it. The owner did make contact by text to ensure we had managed to access the property, which I wasn't expecting.

− The staircase, as had been mentioned in previous reviews. Great care should be taken on the stairs to get into the apartment, they are extremely steep but once inside there was only one step between the bedroom and the rest of the flat. Only one light was working on the staircase and although I told the owners immediately, nothing was done during our five day stay. There was nowhere to dry towels in the bathroom with not enough hooks. The hot water ran out quite quickly when showering. There were no pods for the coffee machine on arrival which just seems mean. However, these details were worth the good points.
