− La ubicacion quizas si era mas cerca de la costa era un poquito mejor.
Great hotel, pity about the staff, won't be returning any time soon
5.0Location is very central in the business district, easy taxi ride to most places. Access to casino is a bonus.
− Staff are off-hand and bordering on rude. The catering manager treats the staff very rudely and he must make it a very difficult working environment: he needs to be sent to charm school or fired and replaced. The staff in the cafe are unbelievably disinterested in the clients. They should all be replaced. Receptionist told me to go to reception at 7pm to see if there was a cancellation for the next night. was there at 7pm. Female receptionist was outright rude. told me there were no cancellations and I should not have come at that time, should have come at 8am the next morning. She didn't even bother checking online to see if any availability had arisen. I ended up moving to the AC Marriott Convoy for my last week in Panama, just a few hundred meters away. You lost my business because of the rudeness and "don't give a you-know-what" about your clients. Spend some money on customer service training.

− The AC was hard to adjust and the room was cold, despite maintenance coming to look at it.

− Last night that we were there, we called reception asking for a roll of toilet paper, they said they will send housekeeping. We checked out without ever receiving the roll of toilet paper.
