8.0É um excelente resort com várias atividades, academia muito boa, comida boa, quarto bonito e confortável. Um grande diferencial é ter uma piscina de uso exclusivo de pessoas maiores de 16 anos.
− Teve uma noite que faltou água quente, mas acredito ter sido um caso pontual. Há muita madeira no quarto, e no meu havia um foco de cupim.

8.0Hotel muito bem localizado, quarto amplo, kids club ótimo. O hotel tem muitas atividades e staff bem treinado, no geral. Bom café da manhã e servico de piscina/praia muito atencioso. Cama excelente.
− Minha estadia teve 2 problemas: primeiro, escolhi 2 quartos muito distantes, ao que me foi sugerido mudar para 2 quartos mais proximos. Até a mudanca, esqueceram de levar minha bagagem (mais de 1 hora de espera) e o servico de carrinhos dentre os blocos mais longes e a parte central nao funcioma tao bem (vi outros hospedes reclamando disso). Voltei para a area central e as malas estavam no lobby… Depois que me mudei para o quarto novo, houve um vazamemto de agua quente que deixou bastante agua caindo pelo teto. Limparam e consertaram, mas confesso que ficou um cheiro esquisito na area de entrada do quarto (se forem lá até hoje aposto que o cheiro ainda está lá).resolvi

− Solicitei um quarto mais próximo à sede devido a dificuldade de locomoção de um dos hóspedes; porém fui informada que não havia disponibilidade. Acabei pagando um upgrade para o quarto Master para conseguir isto. Mas, ressalto que tanto os quartos anteriores (bloco 700) quanto os do Master (bloco 1600) são exatamente idênticos nas suas comodidades.
