10.0Spacious and modern with basic kitchen and bathroom items. Was a comfortable stay for us in the coldest winter spell in Fairbanks.

− One evening during our stay, there was construction work happening around 7 PM, but it stopped promptly after we contacted the administrator. Additionally, the rental agency requests that guests strip the beds and place used towels in the washing machine before checkout. Although it's not required and merely appreciated, the request felt somewhat unusual.
