Hrozné ubytovanie a úplný šok
1.0− Check-in bol hrozný a úplný šok !!! Prišli sme na ubytovanie večer a mysleli sme si, že je to "vtip", "skrytá kamera" alebo "zlý sen" ? Tretia možnosť bola pravda, a museli sme v noci riešiť reklamáciu na ubytovacie zariadenie a hľadať nové ubytovanie v Ríme, aby sme sa ráno mohli okamžite presťahovať. 1. pred ubytovacím zariadením prebieha rekonštrukcia budovy, ktorú informáciu majiteľ ubytovania zabudol zverejniť !!! a/ Výhľad z okien na ulicu - stavebné lešenie, hluk od rána, stavební robotníci b/ Výhľad zo strešného okna - stavebné lešenie, hluk, stavební robotníci c/ Výhľad z okien z kuchyne do zadnej časti dvora ubytovania - Platí sa vopred, bez možnosti vrátenia financií, čiže zostáva iba možnosť reklamácie. My sme tam nemohli zostať ani minútu, čiže vybavila som nové, úžasné, ČISTÉ ubytovanie! Museli sme si to ale zaplatiť ☻ Cestujeme po svete a normálne platíme vopred za kvalitné ubytovanie. Radšej zaplatíme za ubytovanie viac, kde si môžeme byť istí čistotou, zariadením, aj ochotou majiteľa. Ale tentokrát sme zostali v šoku aj z ubytovania, aj z ceny vs kvalita, aj z prístupu majiteľa ubytovania !!! 2. nie sme si istí, či sú poskytnuté štuple do uší nejakým "nechutným vtipom", v tom prípade ale odporúčam poskytnúť aj "klapky na oči", pretože ani hluk, ani to čo vidíš v ubytovaní, ťa vôbec nepoteší ☻ 3. čistota a opotrebené zariadenie - kraj postele, zábradlie, podlaha, okná, okenice, kuchyňa, umývadlo.. boli zaprášené, okvapkané a špinavé. Tácky, knihy, príslušenstvo - zakrývali nedostatky, opotrebený nábytok, zariadenia. Celé to bolo nechutné !!! 4. zostávalo nám už iba veriť, že prístup majiteľa niečo zmení - nezmenil !!! Majiteľovi ubytovacieho zariadenia odporúčam doložiť fotky v prílohe, ktoré dokazujú skutočnosť a nie zavádzať zákazníka !!! Absolútne neodporúčam !!!

10.0Очень просторные, красивые, стильные апартаменты. Интерьер сделал с невероятным вкусом и любовью к пространству. Из апартаментов не хотелось выходить по утрам. Зона кухни и этот длинный стол — просто unbelievable.
− Не зафиксировано больших проблем или недочетов. Душевую лейку только лучше заменить.
Cozy gem in the center of Rome
10.0Everything was superb; from taxi driver pick up at the airport, early check in, the clean, well designed apartment centrally located on the cobblestone street off the Via Corso, music from the nearby conservatory, comfortable bed and sleeper sofa, fast WiFI, welcome snacks and coffee, including the high end toiletries. The owners are very friendly and accommodating. Can’t wait to go back to Rome and stay at this place again!
