Great Location in Crema, Questionable Construction in the Opposing Apartment.
5.0This property boasts a fantastic location right in the heart of Crema, making it easy to explore the city’s charming streets, shops, and restaurants. The interior featured a spacious layout that provided plenty of room to relax, and everything was impeccably clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere throughout our stay.
− While the property had a great location in the heart of Crema and offered a spacious, clean interior, there were several drawbacks that impacted the overall experience. The washroom had a noticeable mildew smell, and the shower didn’t drain properly, causing water to overflow and forcing us to take very quick showers. Additionally, extremely loud construction noise from the neighboring unit lasted daily from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, making it difficult to relax or work during the day. The parking garage is extremely tight—navigating it with an SUV was particularly challenging, so smaller vehicles are strongly recommended. It’s also important to note that the property is located within a ZTL (limited traffic) zone, so guests must ensure their vehicle is registered with the hosts to avoid potential fines.
