− Je suis très déçue du traitement de ma réclamation. Malgré les nombreuses preuves fournies (photos), Booking.com n'a pas trouvé de solution avec l'hôtel et m'a accordé seulement 59,01 R$ de crédit, alors que j'avais payé 1 553,70 R$ pour mon séjour et dû réserver un autre hôtel. J'attendais un meilleur accompagnement et une compensation équitable.
