Good location - unit needs lots of work. Would have left if it was hot.

− Back door didn’t lock. Windows couldn’t open fully. Parking. No air con. Mattresses were hard. Said we needed to bring linen and when we got there it was already provided. Fans were old and didn’t work properly.

8.0The location was the best thing about this unit. It is straight across the road from the beach and at the quieter end of Shoal Bay.
− It would have been nice to be able to have the front and back doors open, to take advantage of the cool breeze but there were no screen doors. The unit needs ceiling fans as the small fans did not provide sufficient cool air. It was very hot in the unit and difficult to sleep.The lounge room window was very difficult to open and close. It needs greasing or cleaning.

The location was great, just across from beach and close to some shops and restaurants.
7.0The location was great. Neighbours were good, not too noisy. The Queen bed was a bit hard but my daughter said single bed was very comfortable. Hot water and water pressure was good.
− The window in lounge area was hard to slide. The microwave in the kitchen took up alot of bench space, suggest putting on shelf. Lounge needs a clean, had alot of stains. The shower head was too close to back wall, lucky the water pressure was good. Parking on lawn out back was not ideal in wet weather.
We had a memorable stay, location is perfect.
8.0Location excellent. The small balcony was nice and despite the small lounge/kitchen we felt happy there. The sea/bay breeze helped cool things down with all doors & windows open (the apartment has no aircon).
− There wasn't much not to like, only a couple of dislikes - one of the queen beds was uncomfortably hard. The TV was OK (only regular channels, not a SmartTV so no streaming services), but the TV sound was 'tinny'.

− Little bit surprised at price of security deposit($500) but it was only a couple of days after checking out and it was back in my account so all good
