8.0La tranquillità, il silenzio, la posizione strategica vicinissimo a strade a scorrimento veloce, la posizione vicinissimo al lago Patria 5 minuti a piedi, la gentilezza l'accoglienza e la disponibilità dei proprietari, la facilità di posteggio adiacente all'ingresso dell'appartamento.
− La mancanza del bidet, la casa essendo al piano terra è poco luminosa.

10.0Ho avuto modo di soggiornare nuovamente in questa struttura e l’esperienza è andata, di nuovo, ben oltre le mie aspettative. Alessandra è una persona gentile e di cuore, la scorsa volta le avevo dato qualche consiglio per migliorare la camera e con mia sorpresa al mio ritorno ho trovato ciò che le avevo chiesto, più molte altre migliorie. Che viaggiate da soli, in coppia o in gruppo, gli spazi sono ottimi e c’è davvero tutto quello che serve. Tornare qui sarà sempre un piacere!

− Non vale i soldi richiesti per una struttura del genere. C'era odore di muffa e umidità, cosa che non è affatto adatta ai bambini. Inoltre, gli oggetti di uso quotidiano sono vecchi e datati, come il phon e il ferro da stiro. Nel complesso, siamo rimasti delusi.
Fühlte mich erpresst
1.0− Ich hatte das Zimmer für eine Person gebucht, und bin dann kurzfristig mit einer weiteren Person angereist. Ich dachte es wäre OK, wenn ich den Aufpreis vor Ort zahle, der bei Buchung von 2 Personen angefallen wäre. Doch weit gefehlt! Die Vermieterin verlangte statt der 20 Euro für 3 Nächte 60 Euro Aufpreis insgesamt, und ließ nicht mit sich reden! Ich fühlte mich regelrecht erpresst, denn stornieren konnte ich nicht mehr, und die Vermieterin wollte aus offensichtlichen Gründen auch nicht stornieren, behauptete gegenüber Booking.con, ich wolle gar keinen Aufpreis zahlen! Booking.com konnte oder wollte auch nach 4 Std. Telefonaten nicht weiterhelfen. Das hat mir und meiner Frau den Gesamtaufenthalt insgesamt verdorben, und natürlich habe ich dann genauer hingesehen: Die Couch war verfleckt, die Küche hatte kein scharfes Messer, keine Schere und vor allem keine Mikrowelle, und die Waschmaschine stand außerhalb der Wohnung im gemeinsamen Hof mit den Vermietern. Die gemauerte Felsenwand war eine Tapete, und der Balken war auch nur Deko.
